Things have kinda, sorta slowed down, a little. I finished up my OB clinicals and I absolutely loved them! So I am thinking that I want to be a L&D nurse or ER nurse, so we will see.

So I got this bug in me that I wanted to chop off my hair. It was soooo.....ooo long. But I've always liked change and I thought this one was particularly good.

I had my mother in law chop it all off, it was probably about 10 to 12 inches off and even more cuz the back is layered a bit. But I really like it!

Wyatt wasn't so sure about the whole process, he looked pretty worried for a while when I was in the chair but he still gives me his slobbery kisses so I guess he decided I was still ok.

Holy Cow!

I am continually learning that my tolerance and stress levels can go to imaginary heights! The last couple of weeks have been seriously insane. School is so busy. I love it and it's a good thing because it pulls me away from my kids way too much. The first couple of weeks of the semester we are warned that we will live breath and eat 2nd semester nursing, and they weren't kidding. But I made it through and now that I am on the other side I really honestly have no idea how. In addition to school I still had kids and their homework to help with, house to take care of, meals to cook, clothes to clean and I worked every weekend. Needless to say I have taken it easy for a day( I felt guilty but then I remembered what I had just done!) Then last weekend our dog Max all of a sudden decided that he didn't want to walk on his hind leg anymore and he wouldn't eat or drink. So after a few days we started to whine really bad and we could tell he was in pain so we took him to the vet and they decided that there wasn't anything definatevely wrong with him other than he could have a bowel obstruction but they weren't positive and it was an exorbitant amount of money to find out so we said well we'll take the pain killers and at least make him comfortable and then if he doesn't improve we'll have to put him down. Then two days later he was magically cured, to this minute I have no idea what was wrong with him, but the girls are glad that he is going to live(for now anyway).
I am looking forward to the day when I can just go to work and not have school and work. I won't know what to do with myself...

The girls love their classes and teachers and are learning so much. Maycee is so excited to read and Emma is our excellent reader. Wyatt likes to think he is big and he "talks" all the time and walks some of the time but he is much faster at crawling and finds that he can actually keep up a little faster with his sisters that way, maybe someday he'll be faster at walking. And he is a climber, all over everything, toys, bookshelves, stairs, whatever he can reach his fat little feet to, he climbs.

Anyway, life is busy...now back to the studying!
