Seriously Awesome!

Seriously Awesome! Those are the words that keep trickling through my brain these past couple of days. I am D-O-N-E, done with school! I took my last final of nursing school last Wednesday the 14th and attended the special graduation ceremony for the nursing class of 2011 on Thursday the 15th. It feels seriously awesome to finally be done-its a little surreal still. I keep looking around feeling as if I need to be studying or preparing for the next semester or something of that nature. I feel a little off, but I have plenty to be able to keep me busy with for sure! I have spent the last couple of days getting to know my kids again. I actually sat on the couch and listened to Maycee read for her 10 minutes without doing anything else but listening to her read-it was seriously awesome!! I played cars and trucks and read Wyatt stories and helped Emma with her homework without doing my own. I really do love being a mom and have missed so much the last two years, but I am done and my kids are so glad to say the least. I have been able to have a full on conversation with my husband and remember what we are talking about while we are talking and give him 100% of my attention. I am so glad that my family is as understanding as they are cause its been a long, long road to get to this point, but we made it!

Next up...baby to be born! She will probably arrive just after the first of the year, and I can't wait to meet her, and honestly to not be pregnant again. This is it for us and I feel so good about that. I don't want to be pregnant anymore, I am done with this stage of my life, it feels right this time. I can't wait to have my body back!!

We've had a few significant things happen this fall other than school. First the wind storm that blew through South Davis County about 3 weeks ago tore our yard and roof apart. So we have been trying to get all that squared away with insurance to get it all replaced before we are covered in snow and they are roofing as I type. It'll be nice to have it done. Then we have to replace our fence that was completely destroyed. And I can't wait for that to happen cause while I love our neighbors I like my privacy and no fence is killing me (that and the fact that the dog has to be chained up and he doesn't like it and does all he can to completely annoy me)

Well thats about all for now. We send our wishes for a very Merry Christmas and a safe New Year! If I remember right the beginning of this year I wrote it was going to be big, It turned out pretty big alright! Bring on 2012! Its going to be amazing! I can feel it!!
